Le Club Chasse et Pêche is an Old-Montreal restaurant created on December 31, 2004, by chef Claude Pelletier and Hubert Marsolais.

Le Club Chasse et Pêche menu features signature dishes as well as seasonal inspirations, created in collaboration with Pelletier and chef de cuisine Olivier Larocque. Exceptional products are treated with precision, intuition and respect.

The professional service team is led by Manager Helen Karagiannakis.

Le Club Chasse et Pêche wine cellar is under the responsibility of Joris Garcia, Canada’s Best Sommelier 2023, and features over 500 references from leading winemakers.

The restaurant’s unique layout is the result of a collaboration between Marsolais and designers Bruno Braën and Antoine Laverdière. The ambiance of Club Chasse et Pêche is unique, intimate and warm, with original contemporary elements in a historic setting.

An installation of contemporary photographic works by Nicolas Baier is available to guests.
